A little bit of Europe is about to land in downtown Eagle—three stories up.
Siren’s Song, the new wine bar opening in the Hemingway Building, is the latest venture from Kevin and Holly Brown, a husband-and-wife team whose journey from global tech careers to vineyard life is as rich as their wines. After years working with companies like Microsoft, Ogilvy & Mather, Avenue A and Tableau Software the two shifted gears in 2007, launching the Siren’s Song Vineyard Estate and Winery in Lake Chelan, Washington—a full-scale winery and event destination.
Along the way, they didn’t just change industries—they mastered new ones. Holly became a trained culinary chef, while Kevin honed his craft as a winemaker. Both were shaped by years of global travel for work, especially throughout Europe, where their love of bistro culture, food, and wine took root.
Now, they’re bringing that influence to Eagle.
Their move into Eagle is both personal and intentional. With family now rooted in the Treasure Valley, the Browns fell in love with the area and saw an opportunity to bring their European-inspired wine culture here.
The Eagle location will feature exclusively Siren’s Song wines—including both Washington varietals and new Idaho wines made with Snake River Valley fruit. Their winemaking style is low-intervention, letting the fruit and region shine.
But this isn’t just about wine.
Expect an elevated yet relaxed bistro experience with shareable plates, French café-style seating, and a mix of lounge and table spaces—think fire pits, marble tables, and a setting designed to linger. A dedicated wine club area will add to the experience, making it just as much a gathering place as a tasting destination.
At its core, Siren’s Song is about good wine, great food, and creating a space people don’t want to leave.
