In a town that values hard work, heart, and a little bit of adventure, one Eagle local is stepping into the national spotlight in a way no one saw coming. This May, all eyes will be on Farmer Wants a Wife as it returns for a new season—and among the hopeful romantics is one of our own, Quinn.
What started as a casual night in with a friend quickly turned into something much bigger. “My best friend has always watched the show,” Quinn shares. “She made me sit down and watch it with her, and I remember thinking, this sounds ridiculous—and then we got completely into it.” Not long after, that same friend sent her the casting link. “I thought, why not? I filled it out and honestly forgot about it for a month.”
It was a last-minute moment that changed everything.
“She told me to check my email, and I had a message from casting that was about to expire that night,” Quinn says.
“I signed up for a Zoom call, and from there it just kept moving.” Within hours of that first conversation, she was advancing. “They told me it would take a month to hear back, and I heard back in like five hours,” she laughs.
Months of interviews and anticipation followed before the call finally came. “They gave me just a few days’ notice and said, ‘You’re going—pack your bags.’ Next thing I knew, I was on a flight to Tennessee.”
This season brings a slightly different format, with three farmers each starting with nine women. After a round of speed dates, each farmer selects five to return to the farm—and Quinn earned her place. “I was completely shocked,” she admits. “All the girls were incredible, and I just didn’t expect to hear my name.”
Life on the farm quickly shifted from introductions to immersion. “We got there and immediately got to work—feeding cows, getting the lay of the land,” Quinn says. “It’s not just about dating; it’s about stepping into someone’s real life.”
Through it all, she embraced the experience with openness and curiosity. “You just have to go in with an open mind,”
she says. “It’s so outside of your comfort zone, but that’s what makes it worth it.”
As the season unfolds, viewers will get to follow along week by week, watching relationships develop and decisions unfold in real time. For now, the outcome remains under wraps—but that’s part of the excitement.
Be sure to tune now on Fox (and streaming the next day on Hulu) to watch Quinn’s journey begin. Eagle will certainly be watching.
