This fall, one of Eagle’s favorite traditions is coming home.
On Saturday, October 10, Harvest Fest returns to Heritage Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., bringing with it live music, local vendors, children’s activities, food, entertainment, and plenty of family fun.

For many residents, this year’s festival represents more than another community celebration. It marks a new chapter for downtown Eagle after months of construction and improvements that have transformed the city’s core into one of the Treasure Valley’s most active and inviting downtown districts.
The sidewalks are alive once again with shoppers, diners, families, and visitors enjoying local businesses. Heritage Park has reclaimed its place as Eagle’s gathering space, making this year’s Harvest Fest especially meaningful.
Eagle City Councilmember Nancy Merrill says community events like Harvest Fest are part of what has always made Eagle feel like home.
“Harvest Fest is one of those traditions that reminds us why people choose to live in Eagle. It’s about families, neighbors, local businesses, and celebrating the community we’ve built together. As Eagle continues to grow, these moments become even more important because they help preserve the hometown spirit that has always defined our city.”
Merrill says the return to Heritage Park is particularly exciting now that the downtown improvements are complete.
“Downtown has incredible energy right now. Our businesses have shown tremendous resilience through construction, and it’s wonderful to see people filling the streets again. Harvest Fest is the perfect opportunity to rediscover downtown Eagle and support the businesses that make it so unique.”
The excitement surrounding Harvest Fest comes at a time when Eagle continues to experience significant growth. New neighborhoods, restaurants, businesses, and amenities continue to attract families from across the Treasure Valley and beyond. With that growth has come thoughtful discussions about preserving Eagle’s identity while planning responsibly for the future.
For Eagle Urban Renewal Agency Board Member Mark Butler, those conversations have always centered on creating places where people genuinely want to spend time.
“I’ve been developing projects in Eagle for many years, and one of the greatest rewards is seeing downtown full of people enjoying it. I love walking through downtown, seeing families, meeting friends on the sidewalks, and watching our local businesses thrive. That’s what a successful downtown is all about.”
Butler believes Heritage Park has become the centerpiece of that experience.
“Great communities create places where people naturally gather. Heritage Park has become that place for Eagle, and events like Harvest Fest remind us how valuable those public spaces are to our quality of life.”
Harvest Fest is more than pumpkins, food, and entertainment. It is a celebration of the community itself—a place where longtime residents and newcomers alike come together to enjoy the changing seasons and everything that makes Eagle special.
As downtown enters this exciting new chapter, Harvest Fest offers the perfect opportunity to experience the renewed energy of Eagle. Stroll through Heritage Park, shop local, meet your neighbors, and enjoy a tradition that continues to bring the community together year after year.
