Red Chair Lavender’s 2025 Lavender Fest

Celebrate over a decade of lavender love July 5–6 with live music, artisan vendors, baby farm animals, a mini market, food, drinks, and family fun at one of Eagle’s most charming summer traditions.

There’s something about summer in Eagle, Idaho, that feels magical—and if you’ve ever found yourself driving past Red Chair Lavender when the fields are in bloom, you know exactly what we mean. This year, the beloved Lavender Festival at Red Chair Lavender returns July 5th and 6th, and it’s bigger, better, and more beautifully scented than ever.

Now in its 11th year, the festival is a weekend-long celebration of lavender’s beauty, versatility, and the joy of small-town connection. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, Red Chair’s Lavender Festival promises a full-sensory experience for all ages.

A Stroll Through Lavender & Time

Step into the barn-turned-gift shop and you’re instantly transported. You’re greeted by a vintage Ford truck—a favorite photo op—and the unmistakable aroma of lavender. Inside, shelves are stocked with handcrafted soaps, essential oils, lotions, and other locally made goods. With its quaint, nostalgic feel, the shop offers a little piece of country charm to take home.

The Red Chair team grows over 30 varieties of lavender, blended to create their signature scent—a calming, crisp fragrance that sets this farm apart.

New Additions: A Mini Market & Farm Animals

This year, the barn will also host a mini farmers-type market, featuring fresh produce, artisan goods, and homegrown treats. But the stars of the barnyard may be the baby animals: mini donkeys, bottle-fed lambs, and baby goats are ready to steal hearts and selfies.

Live Music Under the Summer Sky

Music lovers, mark your calendars. The festival’s outdoor stage will feature a diverse lineup of local and regional musicians:

    Saturday, July 5:

    • Wayne Worthen – classical guitar stylings perfect for a serene morning

    • Smooth Avenue – jazz and classic covers with toe-tapping charm

    • Olivia Frost – indie folk sounds with heartfelt lyrics

    Sunday, July 6:
Get ready to two-step and sing along—it’s country all day with:

    • Earl Hughes – local legend with a soulful sound

    • EllieMae – fan favorite bringing powerhouse vocals

    • More country talent to be announced soon!

    Sip, Savor & Shop

Follow the lavender-lined path to the outdoor bar, cleverly built into a repurposed silo, where you can enjoy local food trucks, cold drinks, and picnic-style relaxation while soaking in the sounds of live music. More than 30 local vendors will be set up throughout the grounds, offering handmade goods, farm-fresh bites, and more.

Family Fun from Greenhouse to Garden

The garden is in full bloom, and at its center sits a charming white greenhouse—a picture-perfect spot and a symbol of the farm’s deep commitment to sustainability and beauty. It’s also where Red Chair distills its lavender on-site using traditional copper stills imported from Portugal.

For families with young kids, don’t miss the mini train station—a new attraction where children can hop aboard a train ride through the flower fields. The colorful train is currently being painted and will be ready just in time for the festival.

    Plan Your Visit

Admission to the Lavender Festival is $15.00 for adults, $12.50 for seniors (65+) and military, and $5.00 for children ages 7–12. Kids under 7 get in free. All admission tickets include access to our convenient shuttle buses, which depart every 10 minutes from Eagle High School on both festival days.

All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Red Chair Lavender website. Limited on-site parking is also available for purchase online.

Whether you come for the music, the lavender, the shopping, or the animals, one thing’s for sure—you’ll leave with your senses full, your heart light, and maybe a bit of lavender in your pocket.
