The benefit is the after-burn, your body keeps burning from the Infrared Heat Sauna that warms the muscle tissues at a cellular level. It keeps working to cool the body down!
Walking in you’ll notice the row of saunas, the left side with 8 isometrics saunas of yoga, pilates, core, and more with a 30-minute duration. On the right side, 3 Hit saunas with cycles and row machines with a 15-minute duration.
The facility is 24/7 with two separate apps – one for opening the door and the other for scheduling and tracking. The $1 enrollment fee is an opening special, and the monthly fee is 54/month.
