Kick off the holiday season at Eagle’s pop-up dog park in Reid Merrill Park on Saturday, December 3 from 3-5pm for a special holiday edition of Yappy Hour, hosted by the City of Eagle Parks and Recreation. Your pooch with enjoy playing with new friends while you socialize with citizens near a warm fire. Special guest Santa Paws will be there to take pictures! This event is FREE!
