Start with passed appetizers and a glass of wine as you greet friends and family for a beautiful fall meal on the patio at Rivershore Drive. Served with 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Vivacious

Sit down to a Salad of Oven Roasted Spiced Pumpkin, Lentils and Chèvre,
served on a bed of Arugula and Fresh Mint with wine vinaigrette.  Served with 3 Horse Ranch Syrah

Frenched Rack of Pork Loin, Brined in Maple, Stuffed with Prunes, Apricots and Pecans and Oven Roasted to Tender Perfection, Sides include Grilled Eggplant and Farro stacks with Summer Pesto and Salsa Fresca, and Fresh Steamed Green Beans sautéed in garlic and lemon. Served with 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards Merlot/Cabernet Franc
Dessert is a juicy Fall Fruit Cobbler, served with creamy gelato

About our Inaugural Community Dinner Table

Harvest Wine Dinner: This is a collaborative event designed to help promote our city and show community support of wine and dining in the City of Eagle. And, of course, Have Some Fun!

This 4 course wine dinner will be held outdoors and served on long banquet tables under the cover of the patio at North Channel Center (600 N. Rivershore Lane, Eagle). Dress is “outdoor fall party”.

Caterer Dave Faulk of Porterhouse and Grit fame are providing the wonderful menu and service. 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards will make sure the wine flows and the City of Eagle Park and Rec. Department is taking care of administrative responsibilities and a commemorative wine glass for the event. Must be 21 and over.
