Chef Abby Fuxan shares her family’s holiday cookie recipes from Central Europe. In this hands-on class we will make two different traditional cookies, rohlicky, similar to a walnut shortbread and kohlacky, a fruit filled confection with a delicious cream cheese dough. Participants will enjoy generous samples along the way and take home dough and the recipes to bulk up their holiday baking repertoire and diversify their cookie plate! Includes one beverage voucher for beer/wine/sparkling water with drinks also available for purchase. Registration ends December 4th, ages 16 and up. Only 15 spaces available.
