The 49th annual Award’s Banquet returns on Saturday night, November 19th to The Riverside Hotel. We will be congratulating all of the top finishers from throughout the 2016 Season in the Boise Muffler Gold Cup Championships.
In addition, all of the top finishers in the Gold Cup chase, awards will be handed out in the United Dairymen of Idaho High School & Alumni Championships, Junior Dragster program, Carl’s Cycle Sales Street Bike, Fairly Reliable Bob’s Club Championships, Street Series and other eliminatiors. The awards will be distributed based on the point’s standings on our website (following the Halloween Classic).
All point’s racers who have attended/raced at every Gold Cup and the Halloween Classic (perfect attendance) will receive a Gift Certificate to use in the Firebird Sport Shop. Here’s the kicker, though—to receive the Bonus Award, you’ll need to join us “in person” at the Banquet, since that’s the only place were giving them away.
Those of you who qualified for the Perfect Light (.000) Club will have an opportunity to win a prize basket at the Banquet – a random drawing will be conducted from all the qualifiers this season…maybe it’ll be you.
As a tip, be sure and get your applications in as early as possible. Tickets will be made available in advance-only and no tickets will be available at the door. Please remember admittance to the pre or post evening festivities, which includes buffet dinner (in fireplace foyer): will not be permitted without a ticket.
Furthermore, tickets are not sent out through the mail…just held on will-call basis after your arrival to simplify and ease in the seat assignments throughout the ballroom.
We will make available tables for blocks of either eight (8) or ten (10) if you might be inclined to have your family or group seated together. Just make sure you send them all in at one time, so that we can pre-assign a table for your group.
Because of the anticipated demand, we have placed a deadline of THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH, so that the chef and his staff have a final-count by this date.
