Violet’s Office recently opened the doors to their new location in order to serve the many small businesses in the Eagle areaOwner Violet Clemons started Violet’s Office seven years ago, specializing in small business accounting and bookkeeping services tailored to each client’s individual needs. The office has a talented group of individuals skilled in small business accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll, but benefits small business owners in some surprising ways as well.

Violet’s Office also provides a high tech meeting space, with all the professional services required to facilitate collaboration or global conference calls for individuals, teams of four to six, and even larger groups of up to 30. The professional space is available for use at a nominal daily fee, making it a boon for small business owners who don’t wish to incur the cost of maintaining a larger physical footprint—and the cost of the technology to run such meetings—for only the occasional use.

Clemon’s mission is to support small business owners by shouldering their financial tasks, thereby enabling local entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best: their innovative business ideas.

Small businesses are the cornerstone of today’s economy. Cities across the country are experiencing a frenzy of start-up companies in cropping up across all business sectors. Yet starting, running, and owning a small business is no easy task. Along with the all of the normal trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship, the normal day-to-day accounting and financial management that comes with being a small business owner can be both taxing and time consuming for even the most dedicated. Oftentimes when starting a new endeavor, many business owners overlook the essential need to have an organized financial profile, especially when tax season comes around.

Violet’s Office offers accounting and bookkeeping practices including payroll, invoicing, bill payment, cash flow analysis, and profit/loss statements that keep business running smoothly. Of course, all financial reporting meets the Certified Public Accountant standards and requirements. Violet became a QuickBooks ProAdvisor in 2008 and remains up-to-date on all Intuit certifications and requirements. Likewise, her staff completes rigorous training and maintains professional certifications in order to create the best possible experience for your small business.

Violet and her team meet with new clients to establish the unique needs of their businesses in order to customize their services accordingly. A QuickBooks account is then created and maintained by the office team, who provide weekly and monthly updates along with corresponding financial reports. This close relationship with each individual client allows for continued tailoring and maximization of business resources as it grows and develops.

Violet plans to expand the company into at least three more cities across the U.S. over the next five years, and is currently hiring additional staff to meet the growing needs of the small business economy. Trust and reliability will continue to be the hallmark qualities of any Violet’s Office location.
