March is here which means that spring is just around the corner! With longer and warmer days ahead, hopefully you’ll be able to have a bit more free time and the Eagle Public Library is the perfect place to spend these early spring days (well, almost spring days).
They have something fun planned almost every day of the week, so it’s hard to pick just a few. Click the calendar below to see their full list of upcoming events.
Saturday, March 7 — Saturday STEAM: Crazy About Color — (Children) — 2 pm to 3 pm
Description: This fun event teaches you how to make several fun projects, including a colorful homemade kaleidoscope.
Monday, March 9 — How to Make a 3D Model! — (Adults, Teens) — 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Description: Guided instruction on basic 3D modelling practices. Bring a laptop and mouse if possible, additional equipment will be provided as needed. Explore Google Sketchup, Tinkercad, Paint 3D, and more!
Saturday, March 14 — Trivia Night! — (All ages) — 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Description: Bring the whole family out to a night of pop culture trivia! Snacks and prizes available.
Monday, March 16 — Chickens! (All ages) — 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Description: Author Gretchen Anderson teaches about the “ins and outs of urban chicken wrangling.” Come learn how to have chickens in your own back yard!
– Every Thursday at 10:30 am is Preschool University: designed for children ages 3-5 with stories, songs, crafts, and more.
