Owners Bill and Ellen Cooper, now Eagle residents, owned a restaurant in the Bay Area for 12 years until they came to Eagle, and fell in love with the community. The couple has run a successful catering business by the same name. The restaurant is a true family affair—the general manager is their son, Chad Cooper. Head chef Mark Wilkerson promises to deliver a white-tablecloth experience at a reasonable price. The restaurant is open from 11:30-9:00 on weekdays and stays open late on weekends. “We feel that we have super staff, wonderful ambience, and amazing food,” says Ellen Cooper.
